1. Definitions and Interpretations

• "Account" refers to each user's individual registered profile and balance.

• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the user.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place bets a specified number of times before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

This document is written in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, r baji's own interpretation shall be considered final.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use services on r baji, users must meet the following conditions.

2.1 Age and Residential Eligibility

• The user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age at the time of registration.
• Users must provide accurate and truthful personal information — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• r baji reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false or incomplete information.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, or IP address is prohibited. If this condition is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

r baji may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document to verify a user's identity. KYC verification may be mandatory before processing withdrawals or claiming bonuses. The user is responsible for any transaction delays caused by late or failed verification.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Login credentials — username and password — must not be shared with anyone.

• If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, r baji must be notified immediately via live chat.
• The user bears responsibility for any loss resulting from third-party access, unless it is proven to have occurred due to a technical fault on the platform.
• Allowing others to use or transferring an account to another person is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Specific payment methods and conditions apply to financial transactions on r baji.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka), applicable for all methods.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).
• Only deposits from payment accounts registered in the user's own name are accepted.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts or anonymous sources are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• r baji reserves the right to hold large withdrawal amounts until KYC verification is completed.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled or modified once processing has begun.

4.3 Transaction Verification

If suspicious financial activity is detected, r baji reserves the right to temporarily hold any transaction and conduct additional verification. In such cases, the user must provide the required documents.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

r baji offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms and complying with them is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000 and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds and real money balance are calculated separately.
• Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• If misuse or fraud related to a promotion is proven, the relevant bonus and winnings will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — the current bonus conditions must be fulfilled before claiming a new one.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on r baji are governed by specific rules. Users are required to follow these rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• r baji reserves the right to accept or reject any bet, particularly in cases of unusual amounts or suspicious patterns.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be cancelled.
• A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Game Results and Disputes

6.3 Sports Betting

• If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the bet is generally refunded, though conditions may vary by specific market.
• Pre-match bets placed before a match begins and live bets have separate rules.
• In multi-bets, losing one selection results in losing the entire bet.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

• Fraud, hacking, phishing, or attempting to compromise platform security.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software for betting or gaming.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or misleading other users.
• Selling, transferring, or renting an account to a third party.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical flaw or bug on the platform and failing to report it to r baji.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

r baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

8.1 Account Closure by r baji

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If registration with false information is proven.
• If misuse of a bonus or promotion is confirmed.
• If an attempt at technical interference is detected.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

9. Limitation of Liability

r baji will not be held liable in the following circumstances.

10. Dispute Resolution
